Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans unlock the same app. Apple displays the price and billing period before purchase. To recover an active subscription bought with the same Apple account, choose Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Apple account subscription settings.

Protect your reports

Inspections are stored on your device. In Settings, use Back up and restore to export your records and photos. Save important completed PDFs separately using Share PDF. Do this before replacing your phone, removing the app, or clearing browser data.

PDFs and findings

Reports include recorded findings and photos selected with Include in report. Generate PDF creates the report; View PDF opens it and Share PDF lets you choose a destination. To change a completed inspection, edit it and generate a new revision. If your browser cannot retain PDF files, it may rebuild a report from the saved inspection data, so retain an exported copy of any delivered report.

Camera, microphone, and location

These permissions support optional capture, dictation, and nearby address suggestions. You can enter equipment details, notes, and addresses manually. Permissions can be changed in your device or browser settings.
